Initial Discussion

Agreement
We will sign up a Master Agreement and NDA, and to agree upon the SLA which we shall deliver to you.
Recruitment (optional)

On-Boarding (Company)
We will draft up the whole service processes and document templates which we shall use for the whole duration. At this point, we will also finalise the benefits structure for the employees as well as their respective on-boarding/exit procedures.
On-boarding (Employee)
We will contact the employee and initiate the on-boarding procedures such as information verification, background checks and preparation of the employment contracts.

What is a PEO?
PEO stands for Professional Employment Organization, it is used to hire employees on the client’s behalf. In countries such as the US, PEO has been used to hire and manage employees across states. PEO services on an international level, which is what Link Compliance is providing, allows businesses (especially smaller companies) to set up operations in a different country at a significantly lower cost and faster rate.
What is an EoR?
EoR stands for Employer of Record, which is an employer as stated on business records when running a business. PEO serves as an EoR in setting up businesses, however the services PEO provides go beyond that; it extends to administrative matters such as recruitment and payroll services, which not all EoR will necessarily provide.
How is a PEO different from outsourcing HR?
In a HR Outsourcing, the companies maintain their own employment relationships, mostly outsourcing the operational portion of HR such as payrolling, leave management, claims management etc. In a PEO, the companies do not own a direct employment relationship with the personnel while the PEO provider handles all matters relating to the employment of the personnel.
