CRM Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Create the brand CRM strategy based on the brand ambition and business objective;

· Set up the annual CRM calendar based on the campaign cadence and business goals;

· Drive the brand acquisition through all the channels, including retail/media buy/partnership/ event etc.;

· Consequently work with Retail Team to attract any new clients to our boutiques by introducing our Brand and our product or by organizing initiatives that can grow the sales;

· Understand existing clients, in each market and in each boutique, analyze their shopping behavior, and cooperate with Retail Team to identify and recognize our top spenders and suggest / propose/support any possible action to retain their loyalty season by season as well as increase their spending;

· Support Retail Team during in boutique events and local initiatives to ensure our top clients are invited and participate;

· Support/suggest/coordinate CRM actions for our loyal clients for special occasion i.e. birthdays or calendar celebrations like CNY, mother’s day, Valentine’s day etc.


· Bachelor degree or above;.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skill;

· Strong execution and team player;

· Detail oriented, and be able to work under pressure;

· Mandarin and fluent English required;
