Our sourcing process starts with using our proprietary AI tool for a first round selection of the suitably qualified candidates, reaching out to them and starting an initial conversation with the candidates about the job details.
Our recruitment experts take over the process and thoroughly screen + interview candidates using a very stringent selection standard, to ensure fit and aligned interests.
We will coordinate the entire client’s interview process and maintain an open communication with all parties to ensure a clear and transparent exchange of information and feedback.
We will conduct indirect reference checks via our market networks to ensure that the candidates are who they say they are. Direct reference checks will be conducted only upon a formal offer to the candidate.
Post on-boarding, we will continue to follow up with all parties regarding the candidate’s on-the-job performance, and also to obtain service feedback via our AI Feedback System from both clients and candidates to ensure we constantly perform at the highest level possible.
